astah Дом «Эдна» представляет собой уютный коттедж, который прекрасно впишется не только в загородный ландшафт, но и в городскую инфраструктуру. Общая площадь дома составляет 155 квадратный метров: 71,4 м2 — площадь первого этажа и 65,6 м2 — второго. Потолки 2,8 — на верхнем этаже и, соответственно, 3 метра — на нижнем.
В проект дома Эдна включен фундамент, состоящий из сборного железобетона и стены, выполненные из глиняного кирпича. Наружные стены предполагают облицовку керамическим декоративным кирпичом, выбор цвета которого остается за заказчиком. Кровля покрывается мягкой черепицей от фирмы TEGOLA.
